Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframe

  • We aim to dispatch all orders the same  working day. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm will typically go out the same day, provided no backlog. Orders received after the cutoff will be dispatched the following working day. Please note: no dispatches occur on weekends or UK bank holidays.

  • Delivery is via Royal Mail 48, with an estimated delivery window of 2–4 working days.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on current Royal Mail rates.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

  • Once dispatched, we'll send a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number to help you monitor your parcel’s progress.

Processing Delays & Delivery Caveats

  • While we use Royal Mail 48, please be aware that this service does not guarantee delivery within 48 hours, and delays may occasionally occur.

  • Orders placed near weekends or bank holidays may experience longer processing/delivery times.

Address Corrections & Changes

  • Need to update your shipping address? Please contact us before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we can’t guarantee address updates or cancellation—but we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

  • If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch. We’ll initiate an inquiry with Royal Mail.

  • Such investigations may take up to 10 working days
